Hong Kong Airport has barred Air India flights for the fifth time. Air India said in a statement, “Air India has been barred from operating between Delhi and Hong Kong from November 20 till December 3. Passengers with Covid Negative test reports done 72 hours prior to departure, from labs recognized by ICMR, are allowed to board flights to Hong Kong as required by the authorities.”

21:05 PM IST: The World Health Organization said on Friday it has suspended Gilead's remdesivir from its so-called prequalification list, an official list of medicines used as a benchmark for procurement by developing countries, after issuing guidance against its use in hospitalised COVID-19 patients, reports Reuters.

19:23 PM IST: Night curfew imposed in Surat, Vadodara and Rajkot from tomorrow until further notice. Timings of the night curfew will be from 9 pm to 6 am, says Gujarat Deputy CM.
